I was curious to know more about meditation and what I can do to help enhance my life. I was feeling good but fidgety and restless. I felt difficult to concentrate before the lesson started. I have realized that other than using the mind to think, there are other parts of myself e.g. my soul to which I have to spend time listening to and that will help make me more aware, more alert and to understand and listen to myself better. I think that way it makes me know myself better. I think this is a good, quiet location for meditation. It is not religious but it requires you to believe there is a Divine consciousness and Divine One and at least to believe that there is a God. Most of all, an open heart will suffice. The teachings so far have been good. I like the sharing sessions because you come to realize that people are feeling the same way as you and you are not alone. I'm considering but I think likely I would like to develop my ability to connect listen and open up more.

Basic Meditation Course

My heart was tight and painful at times before the Level 1 Courses. Now, I believe that I have cleansed and healed my heart. Besides, I realized I could release my lower back pain with meditation! Since the beginning of the "Awaken ~ The Divine You"^® workshop, I have noticed periods of restlessness and being very emotional. Also, some things which needed a decision have gotten underway. Compared to previously, I have more clarity with people. During the Retreat, I have been more decisive compared to before and accepting of myself for myself. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in it, but I would also suggest they follow through to this level and leave it up to them to decide. Every level is a life-transformational level. It's so amazing to see when I look back - since I did Basic Meditation up till MCL 3 today - I have grown so much spiritually and in major areas of my life. My consciousness has grown so much. Whenever there is to be any spiritual success, there will be obstacles, tests and challenges to be overcome so that you become stronger. Throughout this 3-year process, I was tested on time, money and effort. I gave up fears and worries and kept moving on to follow the passion of my heart. And each time, I discovered success and wonders beyond what I knew. It never failed to surprise me. It never failed to amaze me. To those who are thinking to stop - move on to discover new peaks. In actual reality, words do not justify my experiences in MCL 3. However, I will try to get close. It has been truly amazing, fantastic and more beautiful than the previous level - MCL2. Simply put, it's beyond words - be courageous to tread into the unkown with faith. Follow the calling of your heart. It's really fantastic, some of the modalities were what I had been looking forward to, like psychic surgery, quantum healing, space cleansing and others. It's really wonderful for me to learn SPACE CLEANSING, to cleanse my home and protect it against misaligned energies or any other sorts. Psychic surgery was an even deeper and advanced healing modality I always had been fascinated about. An amazing opportunity for me to pick up this skill. Basic Meditation Course

The Foundation Level was about getting to know more meditation. I was also taught how to connect to my inner-self. In The Advanced Level, I was taught more about meditation and applying protection and healing. I also got to know how to connect to my spiritual self, crown chakra and channeling the Divine source to heal and cleanse our body and soul. And lastly, we were also taught the 7 steps of chakra cleansing. In The Personal Mastery course, we learnt how to apply more protection. We also learnt the 9 stages of chakra cleansing, past life regression, connecting to mother earth, third eye activation and cleansing of water and food.

Nepal Retreat

This was my first time going on a trip with Umesh and Sheila and also my first trip to Nepal. Nepal is a beautiful country with many temples. I liked Nagarkot the most. I liked the weather, nature and it was like heaven to me. I liked paragliding. I enjoyed the company of everyone in the group; sharing experiences about our journey. This Retreat also allowed me to detach from my family and to practice awareness. I experienced a lot of emotions and released a lot of stuff. I did not experience much during the meditations, but I know it is there, just waiting for the right time. The whole trip was fun. Thank you, Umesh and Sheila, I love you.
