After attending the courses from Basic Meditation up to Level 2, I experienced more awareness. I am definitely more focused, intuitive and able to deal with my fears. "Awaken ~ The Divine You" Courses are very empowering, well-rounded and have helped me prepare myself for a spiritual journey. Since Basic Meditation and Level 1, I have become more positive in my thoughts and actions. I am also more aware of events/things happening around me. This Retreat was not what I expected it to be. Since 11th of January, when I manifested a contract job that ended the day before our departure, I was set for the Retreat. Yet, I needed to go through many things before and during the retreat. This retreat is very different from the previous ones. The previous ones were more like classroom sessions and sightseeing cum experiences, whereas this time, the practical application of what we've learnt had more impact. After the MCL1 Bangalore, my vibration energy level has reached a higher level, whereby manifestation can be realized faster. And it sure did not disappoint me during the MCL2 in Bali. The place - "Bali" where our retreat was held was a beautiful place with very good energy. In MCL2, I was able to reach even deeper in my meditation and enjoy tremendous peace within me. The most unforgettable lesson was to align myself to my Higher-Self. The experience for this was beyond explanation and beautiful. I could actually feel all parts of me, including my cells, bones and internal organs being aligned and expanding. Connecting to my Higher-Self became easy and fast and I was able to have clarity in my mission and vision in life in an instance! It's amazing! I had doubts over my readiness and purpose in higher spirituality - which translates to doubts over attending MCL2. I am glad I came. In the words of Kryon - synchronicity. Once intent is given, the Universe will ensure all plans into shape (action). And so it is for MCL2. Right from preparatory, during course and even after the "official sessions", the messages and signs from our Divine Parents and Higher-Self are too surreal to be a co-incidence. It is too blatant and in-your-face to ignore our calling and purpose in this lifetime. By far, MCL2 is the deepest and closest walk with my Higher Self and Divine Parents. Since Level 1, I have realized that I'm opening my heart to love as I have been closed for a period of time due to unpleasant events that have happened to me. I found the Advance Level really great; a lot of emotions came. It became easy to connect to the light and chakras. Yesterday morning I was sad and I don't like to be like this. But after the celebration, I felt lighter and brighter. I am very surprised, because when I do Qi-Gong or Reiki, my hands are warm or hot, so I feel the energy. However, during the sessions when we have to feel the energy, my hands are cold with electricity. The healing part was great, really great. I had the feeling, when Helene was the healer, that we were just one person; in one unique ball. When I was healing her, I didn't know if I was doing good, but I trusted my hands and the electricity inside. The celebration was a beautiful time. My thoughts were sometimes there, but I tried to let them go. During one music, I saw an African woman with white short hair, doing a ritual on a person. She was taking bad energy away from him and from herself. When the music changed, I was just listening to the music and trying to keep with the flow. On the last one, my hands were very hot, as though on fire. When we rested, I felt like a river; calm and peaceful. Before opening my eyes, I saw a very nice path with white sculptures, so beautiful and reflecting harmony. So, THANK YOU!

It has become easier to connect to my inner-self and I learnt to trust myself more. I think the most amazing in the Advance Level is that I learnt how to heal and protect myself and also heal others. It felt so nice and loving to be able to heal and send love to someone you love and see a smile on their face. Though I missed a few sessions, which I felt kind of a waste, I love this group. Every group-sharing taught me a lot of things; things that I might not have to go through, other people's perspectives, views, etc. I have always wanted to be a communicator who could heal people's inner emotions through vocal communication, but Umesh has taught me that with love and energy, I can send and speak every word which can touch one's heart easily. As a refresher , the course has grown and is different from the first time. Probably deeper because things had been released the last time. Some new things to release appear. Very helpful and empowering. Thank you for inviting us to the refreshers.

I came because I have been going through some very tough periods. Tough as in a lot of stumbling blocks, but I've finally realised why. It's because I find it easier to embrace my inner-self and be open to spirituality; and therefore, am being tested t a deeper or greater level. Initially, I thought it was because I must have 'missed' and just didn't 'get' certain lessons. But now, I think it's more than that and I am glad I came because I may not have made that discovery otherwise.

This level empowers me even more after knowing and experiencing who I am, where I come from, what I am. I have been wanting to know the truth and live my life with the truth, which is more meaningful. After the Advance Level, I realised that I can even heal myself and others. The power of the Universe is so strong; it supports every one of us to grow. It is really amazing that I have come for refreshers the 2nd time. I transformed again to yet another energy level. The transformation is so obvious and immediate after this Advance Level. I would like to say that this is not an ordinary course. It is always great to be back for refreshers and grow spiritually. Another thing is that I am back to support the group energy. I am happy to see the whole beautiful group of friends growing and sparkling together.

It was not the same as the 1st time I attended the course and it was different again when I attended the 1st refresher for the Advance Level. A deeper sign has come to me this time and went much deeper than before. This is the very beginning of my self-discovery journey! This is where you begin to know who you really are!
