I got to know about this Workshop from my personal teacher/master Stephen, who encouraged me to come. Before I started this course, I was very nervous but eager to know more because I knew I needed to find out something in this Workshop. So far, I am feeling very much surprised, comfortable, relaxed and glad. I feel that I have grown to know myself, my spirit, my soul, the angels beside and much more. Therefore, it definitely has benefitted me, for I am now ONE STEP closer to who I am. I will share this experience with others telling them it's something new that I am feeling during this Workshop. The training was very compact - getting a lot of things, and at the same time, very fascinating. Umesh startled me during the consultation. There was an urge to cry when I first met him and he introduce the word "crystal child" to me, saying that I am one, and the healing he sent to me during the consultation was obvious. Thanks a lot. After completing the Foundation Level, I feel more alive, more positive and more optimistic about my own future to come. Going through the soul cleansing awareness exercise, I feel that my entire physical body becomes lighter and cleaner - especially that I feel my internal organs like the kidneys and liver are cleaner and fresher now. I've also learnt and realized my weakness in not believing in myself in the past. Now, I've instilled in my thoughts and intentions that I have to and need to believe in myself and trust my gut feel/instinct. I tell myself never to give up in order to succeed! Well, I knew about these Workshops from Stephen. Before I attended this Workshop, I was very negative, fearful and frustrated. I felt negative towards everything and always said "I don't think so", "I cannot do it", "might be". I always thought too much and took no action. Although I have not taken any action yet, I know I "will", "I can do it" NOW! Now I feel good, I think positive and am really, really, really happy to know this party of friends. I love them very, very much because from them I really learned alot. I really feel that they all are my siblings, my angels. I love them very much. To be honest, I still don't know how good the Workshops will be, but for sure I will share all with my lovely friends. I used to live a routine life in fear, anger, uncertainty, dull, bored, no energy, blur, unaware, procrastinating, waiting for miracles and help. I knew about these Workshops from Stephen an appreciate him for bringing me here. Thank you Stephen & Brother Umesh! I have been so depressed and unhappy all the time because I felt lonely and empty in my heart. I kept hiding in the room all the time because I had some kind of inferiority complex about going out seeing people! I preferred being alone because I did not want to be close to anyone; I could not stand getting hurt and getting those uneasy feelings. This Workshop has made me realise who I am and it is very interesting and I can't wait to see what will hapen next. I have a clear understanding of myself and know what I am going to do next. I knew about these Workshops through Stephen. I was in a mess emotionally, lost and had a lot of doubts and questions about what was happening around and within me. I put myself in a denial state and hid under my masks, protecting myself from uncertainty. It is a very energetic, powerful and soul-touching Workshop. There is alot of positive energy, lots of love and light that it helped to lift away some of my heaviest emotional burdens. The Workshop has made me realise who I am - it is so clear. No tricks, nothing. It is just there in front of me telling me who I am, how wonderful a light-being I am. It helped me to release my emotional burden, helped me to really stop, turn around and look at myself clearly. I got to know about this program through someone closest to me, who supported me during the worst time of my life - my boyfriend who taught me a lot on spirituality. He kept encouraging me to explore, experience and find out who I am. I was a mess before I started attending the Foundation Level. Feeling lost, uncertain, angry, insecure and very reactive. I find this program very compact and different from other motivational classes. I felt the progress of the current stage of my life. It's takes only 0.00000001% of your life time. The facilitator, Umesh, is very friendly, natural and very supportive. His partner, Sheila, is a quiet person but gives a warm feeling, especially when receiving her reply on email. She actually took time out to revert to my emails, even with her busy schedule.

I got to know about this program through Stephen, Ellie and Jacob. Before I attended this course, there were many questions in my heart and I felt lost in my directions sometimes. I found this program so interesting and it was really a gift for me to know more and more who I was and supposed to be. During these 2 days, I received plenty of knowledge and did not get frustrated easily. The most important thing I learned was to put on protections as I get easily affected by other people's negative energies and share their pain without protecting myself. This is my first time doing the Refresher for Foundation Level. I find it interesting and very useful because the experience I had when I first did this Course about 8 months ago is so different. Certain things which I did not feel during the first time, I could feel now. Another interesting thing is that I am able to recognise the messages I receive this time. I was a deep thinker and questioner - like a philosopher (as some of my spiritual friends call me). This Workshop is actually multi-aspects, with sessions and exercises for not just the 6 days, but after that. We still empower ourselves even more as we practice at home and during group meditations. 6 days in Aug '08: opened many channels in me; I learnt and experienced alot. 6 days in Feb '09: less brain, more heart. Less past, future; more Now. Emptied myself to get more. This Workshop is for very soul of God. It is only right to assist others to remember who they are, to go Home.
