I have gained a lot of spiritual growth. There is an in-depth in chakra cleansing of 9 chakras. Additional protection by applying the crystal-clear reflective pyramid. In the heart chakra, I felt a lot of release of pain, sorrow and grief. I felt lighter, calmer and peaceful after the heart chakra session. On the second day, in the third eye cleansing, I felt my eyes brighter as I felt cleansed. In the past life regression, I went to one life and the message is clear. I found the Personal Mastery Level getting deeper and deeper. The big breakthrough for me was during the deeper heart chakra activation which was immensely powerful for me with huge toxins being released. What I feel like saying about the Personal Mastery Level is that this course has further expanded my understanding & appreciation of my spiritual self. This is the first time I attended a spirituality course. I had many doubts and questions about the existence of God, angels and the universe. All the doubts have been answered during the course. This program is very intensive and full of knowledge for all. This has brought me to another level of confirmation of spiritual learning. I was with millions of questions about life when attending this program; totally lost and depressed. Questioning why things happened to me, again and again. I tried to use my logical sense of understanding to figure out why, but couldn't and you never will. I picked up myself so much only after a few days' program. I was lost. I suffered from relationship, family, work and other problems. I did not really love who I was. I always thought I could do better and bigger things. When I really felt that I can do better, there would always be a voice saying "You can do better and bigger things". I tried many things and searched and searched. At the same time, I went through all the pain, unhappiness and suffering that at one point, I was totally not myself. I acted and reacted as how people looked or wanted me to be. I was lonely, empty and unhappy. My problems became worse, relationships became worse and I did not enjoy working. I did not really care for my family, etc. I have a husband, house, car, a child and family but yet I still feel empty and lost. All these started to change when I attended this course. I was too attached to the world drama and focussed on the problem. All changed to positive outcomes once my intention changed as I stopped lloking at things as it were. I now look at problems as an experience for me to grow; I see humans as light and love. All is wonderful and changed. I am a better, positive, loving and kind lady now. I dare to express my feelings openly and share my experience. I am a different and better lady. Umesh is a great trainer. He really means what he says and all come from his pure heart. He is loving. The benefits I reaped are so overwhelming I don't know where to start. On a very personal level for myself, I felt I've come to integrate many spiritual knowledge I only understood intellectually. I came for the refresher after Nepal Retreat. I lacked practice and revision and lost a bit of track on my spiritual path until I came back for this refresher. I knew I needed another kick from this awaken the divine to re-charge. The way the course was conducted was different from the 1st time I attended. The group energy was different as well. I started on the Advance Level and refreshed my mind on lots of sessions I had forgotten. So I kept an open heart and mind, became a student and learnt again.
