Nepal Retreat

A person's willingness to surrender to a higher state of consciousness at the expense of all ego attachments. Being aware of what you do and of everything around you. Forgiving yourself for the past mistakes. Being in the "NOW". Having faith and trust in the Universe and in yourself. And, most of all, taking that action that will bring you closer to God. These are what I learnt in Masters Course Level 1. I was scared and had doubts about myself before, but now, I feel empowered. All I have to do is to remember my beautiful wings and all is well. I feel so much love in my heart that it is bursting to radiate to everyone I meet. I know that from now, everything in my life will be fine. I just have to be brave to face everything because I know that I am not alone. I thank all my brothers and sisters who came and gave their love and support to me throughout this great learning. I have had the pleasure of meeting Umesh and Susheila during September 2005 when I made a trip from Brunei, on the recommendation of an Australian psychic, who had met Umesh and was impressed with his psychic abilities. He was astonishingly accurate in analyzing my problems and concerns and very patiently taught me the energy-based techniques for everyday protection and general sense of well-being. I am particularly grateful to him for making me see what I considered to be an overwhelming problem, in its proper context, and re-affirming that for every problem there is a solution. Healing

I was a deep thinker and questioner - like a philosopher (as some of my spiritual friends call me). This Workshop is actually multi-aspects, with sessions and exercises for not just the 6 days, but after that. Nepal Retreat

This program is very intensive and full of knowledge for all. This has brought me to another level of confirmation of spiritual learning. I was with millions of questions about life when attending this program; totally lost and depressed. Questioning why things happened to me, again and again. I tried to use my logical sense of understanding to figure out why, but couldn't and you never will. I picked up myself so much only after a few days' program. I know I still have a lot to learn and understand but what benefited me the most was - I am not leaving this world, not yet. The facilitator Umesh is amazing, he touched my heart deeply. He knows a lot of me, even more than myself which I was not knowing. He encouraged, or rather, he made me encourage myself with patience. I was curious about the benefits and "ability to discover oneself" that meditation can bring. I remained less skeptical. I think need to explore further to find out more. Basic Meditation Course

I went to this course with no expectations. I am glad and thankful to myself for making this choice. The School is indeed amazing. The environment is full of serenity and peace and is like Heaven on Earth. The 3 days of meditations went in-depth to know ourselves better, understand human behavior, know that there is a Higher Self in us and to connect to our Higher Self. Before my meeting with Umesh, I was having bouts of depression. I felt sluggish, irritable, frustrated, short-tempered and unhappy with life. I had lost a sense of direction of my purpose of life on earth. I had a well-paid part-time job and my children are grown-ups so I should have no worries and burden. But while I was happily fulfilling my duties as a teller, I did not realize there was a drastic change in my emotions. My Branch Manager noticed it and asked whether I was having any problems. I brushed it off as job stress. From a cheerful, helpful and optimistic Karen, I was changed to a grumpy, pessimistic and hot-tempered woman. I quit my job. NOW my life is filled with hope again. It is Umesh who led me out of darkness. He channeled energy to me and I felt "something" was purged out. After the overall cleansing session with him, I felt the inner peace that I had lost.
